Although this is a long 9.2 mile round trip hike, this is one of the most popular hikes along the AT in Pennsylvania.  The views are amazing and worth every drop of sweat during your march towards The Pinnacle. 

Park in the parking area at the Hamburg Reservoir and follow the dirt road 0.5 miles to the junction of the AT.  Turn left and follow the AT first to Pulpit Rock and then on to The Pinnacle.  It is a total of 4.6 miles to the Pinnacle, making this a long 9.2 mile hike.  The GPS coordinates for the parking area for this hike are N40 35.013 W75 56.516 for those who have a GPS devise for their vehicle.
