Other Hiking Options in Central New York Chittenango Creek Walk

The long awaited Chittenango Creek Walk and neighborhood link
connectors will begin "phase one" construction this spring. In
February 2009 the Village began work on building a creek-side handicap
accessible fishing platform located along the 10-foot stone dust trail.
This trail will link the Old Erie Canal Trail with the village of Chittenango. There is hope that the future of the trail will continue south toward Chittenango Falls State Park and link with the North Country National Scenic Trail.
