Don't plan on swimming if your going to Lakeside Beach since there is no swimming allowed.  This park is known for its 274 campsites and panoramic views of Lake Ontario.  There are four miles of hiking trails in the park to explore.

The trails are four feet wide mowed paths that take you through a mixture of tall grasses, shrubs, and trees. You'll enjoy the scenic views as you walk along the four miles of trails through the park that make their way up and over gently sloping hills.

Camping is available usually from mid May to mid October.

Directions: Off of Lake Ontario State Parkway, 10 miles north of Albion on NY 18.
