From the world renown Niagara Falls, to the many waterfalls in Letchworth State Park, to the 215 foot Taughannock Falls in the Finger Lakes Region, to the spectacular Salmon River Falls in Oswego County to the High Falls of Rochester, there are numerous waterfalls to explore in Western & Central New York State. Waterfalls are very popular destinations for hikers and they are the most dangerous as well. Every year people die from trying to get just a little bit closer to the edge, to the falls. Plan your waterfall adventure, but we stress that you also remember to be safe so it's not your last adventure.
